My School Journey: Memories of The Millennium School

School life is a very special phase in every child’s life. It is not just about studying but also about fun, games, friendships, and learning new things. My name is Pranay Chaudhary, and I got admitted to The Millennium School in DR class on March 03, 2024. And start going school on April 05, 2024 This journey was very special for me, and I learned a lot while having a great time.

The First Day: A New Beginning

When I went to school for the first time, I was a little nervous but also very excited. A new class, new friends, and new teachers—everything seemed so interesting. My teacher explained everything to me very lovingly, and gradually, I started getting comfortable with the school environment. I loved the school building, classrooms, and everything around me.

Games, Activities, and Fun

In the lower classes, learning is combined with a lot of fun activities. At school, I got to do and learn many exciting things:

Rhymes and Stories

We sang new nursery rhymes every day, such as Twinkle Twinkle Little Star, Baa Baa Black Sheep, Wheels on the Bus, and many fun Hindi poems. Our teacher taught us rhymes with actions, which made learning even more enjoyable.

Drawing and Coloring

I loved coloring. Every week, we had drawing and coloring activities. We colored trees, flowers, animals, cartoon characters, and many other things. Sometimes, we even did finger painting and handprint art, which was a lot of fun.

Block Building and Puzzle Games

At school, I built towers using large blocks and created different shapes. Solving puzzles was also exciting, where we had to put together different pieces to complete a picture.

Fancy Dress and Special Day Celebrations

We participated in fancy dress competitions, where children dressed as doctors, police officers, fairies, superheroes, and animals. We celebrated special days like Fruit Day, Red Color Day, Animal Day, Independence Day, Republic Day, and many more. I loved wearing a tricolor outfit on Independence Day.

Music and Dance

We listened to various songs in class and danced to them. Our teacher taught us simple dance steps, and all of us enjoyed dancing together.

Yoga and Physical Activities

In the morning assembly, we did simple yoga exercises that helped us stay active. We also played races, hopping games, balancing games, and ball-throwing activities in the playground.

Storytelling and Role Play

Our teacher narrated stories in an engaging way. I listened to fascinating stories like Cinderella, The Thirsty Crow, The Lion and the Mouse, Panchatantra tales, and many more. Sometimes, we even got to act out different characters, which was really exciting.

Beautiful Memories with Teachers and Friends

My teachers were very kind. They taught us with great love and never scolded us. I made many friends at school with whom I played and had a lot of fun. During lunch breaks, we would sit together and share our lunch.

Goodbye, The Millennium School

On February 28, 2025, I completed my DR class and left The Millennium School. This journey was very special to me. Along with academics, I also learned many important life lessons here. My first class, my first friend, my first drawing, my first rhyme—all these memories will always stay close to my heart.
