Today, 26th July 2025, I had my EVS (Environmental Studies) exam. EVS is one of my favourite subjects because it helps me learn about myself, my surroundings, and how to stay safe in different situations. I was excited and well-prepared for this test.
📗 Book and Syllabus
We studied from the EVS Level A book, covering Page Nos. 5 to 18, 64, 65, and 66. The exam had two main sections:
🧍♂️
All About Me
In this part, I learned about:
- Self-Identity – I can confidently say my name, age, and gender. I wrote, “My name is Pranay Chaudhary. I am a boy and I am [your age] years old.”
- Parts of the Body – I pointed out different parts like eyes, nose, hands, and legs.
- Recognizing Feelings – I learned to identify when I feel happy, sad, angry, or scared. This was fun because I made faces to show each feeling!
🏫
Places & Safety
In this part, we explored:
- Different Rooms and Things in School – Like classroom, library, washroom, and playground.
- Weather Awareness – I learned to tell the difference between summer and rainy seasons.
- Clothes and Accessories – I matched clothes with weather, like raincoats and umbrellas for rainy days, and caps and cotton clothes for summer.
📝 My Exam Experience
The questions were fun and easy to understand. I matched pictures, circled correct answers, and even did a little colouring. I enjoyed talking about my feelings and naming school rooms. When I completed my paper, I felt very proud of myself!
🌟 What I Learned
This exam taught me more about who I am, how to stay safe, and how to recognize the world around me. It was not just a test – it was a beautiful journey of self-awareness and observation.
🎉 In the End…
After the exam, I felt happy and confident. I gave my best and I’m excited to learn more in EVS every day.
